CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Lahore Watch Co operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Lahore Watch Co, and “you” refers to the customer or user. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined below.


Order Cancellation Fee Policy

If multiple cancellations are requested within 15 days of placing the first order, a fee of ₹300 will apply to each additional cancellation request.

Note: The first cancellation request is not subject to the ₹300 fee.


1. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel any order placed on www.lahorewatchco.com, customers can:

  • Contact us directly to submit a cancellation request, or

  • Email us at marketing.lahorewatch@gmail.com with your Order Confirmation Number and Order Reference.


2. Cancellation Time Window

  • Orders can be cancelled or exchanged within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • After receiving your cancellation request, we will process your refund (after deducting any applicable fees) to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

  • For exchanges, customers must pay any price difference through an authorised payment link provided by our team.


3. Exchange Terms

  • Exchange or cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of the original purchase.

  • Items may be exchanged for products of higher or lower value, and the difference will be adjusted accordingly.


4. Defective Product Policy

If the delivered watch has a manufacturing defect, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by:

No complaints regarding manufacturing defects will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.


5. No Refund/Exchange After 24 Hours (For Manufacturing Defects)

No refund or exchange will be provided for products reported after 24 hours of delivery, even in cases of manufacturing defects.


6. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For orders above ₹10,000, we offer a Partial COD option to reduce cancellations and ensure delivery accuracy.

  • Customers must pay 5% of the order value at checkout.

  • The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

If the customer fails to accept the delivery once it is marked Out for Delivery and the shipment returns to our warehouse, the 5% partial COD amount will not be refunded.

This amount is retained to cover:

  • Forward shipping

  • Reverse logistics

  • Restocking fees

This deduction applies only when the customer intentionally refuses delivery or is unavailable despite attempted deliveries.
